Ray Stallworthy, Senior Business Associate
Ray Stallworthy is a highly qualified Senior Business Associate, based in Lloyds Sydney Office.
Before joining Lloyds, Ray had an extensive background in Senior Management in the Manufacturing Industry.
With an academic background in science, Ray began his career in QC Management, Product Development, and later turned to Production Management and Technical Service.
His advancement to General Management from Sales Management occurred at an early age, when he was appointed CEO of a newly acquired subsidiary of a large Public Company. His brief, which he completed with distinction, was to turn around the fortunes of this poorly performing Company. This became the first of a succession of positions as CEO charged with turning around poorly performing Companies, returning them to profitability, and staying on to grow them.
Ray has worked as CEO for large Australian Companies, International Groups, and privately owned Companies. He has served on a number of Boards as Managing Director, Independent Director, and Chairman.
In his career Ray has also successfully acquired and divested several businesses on his own account. Recently he had a controlling interest in a Mid-Market NSW Manufacturing Business, which was sold in 2006.
He has also spent 10 years as a member, and over 5 years as Chairman of the world’s largest organization of CEO’s, “The Executive Connection”.
